14 Tage Garantie

Alle Produkte von Luz Cot sind digital (PDF-Anleitungen und druckbare Vorlagen) und werden nach der Zahlung per E-Mail geliefert. Wenn dir ein Produkt nicht gefällt, schreib uns innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem Kauf an luzgcotrina@gmail.com und wir erstatten dir den Kaufpreis. Das ist unsere freiwillige Garantie.

Weitere Fälle, in denen wir erstatten

  • du kannst die Datei nicht öffnen und wir beheben das nicht innerhalb von 3 Werktagen;
  • das gelieferte Produkt weicht wesentlich von der Beschreibung ab;
  • dir wurde dasselbe Produkt mehrfach berechnet.

Gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht

Da digitale Inhalte sofort nach der Zahlung bereitgestellt werden, bestätigst du im Checkout, dass du auf dein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht verzichtest, sobald die Bereitstellung begonnen hat. Unsere freiwillige 14-Tage-Garantie bleibt davon unberührt.

So beantragst du die Erstattung

Schreib an luzgcotrina@gmail.com mit deiner Bestellnummer und der E-Mail-Adresse, die du im Checkout verwendet hast. Wir antworten innerhalb von 2 Werktagen. Genehmigte Erstattungen gehen auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode zurück; je nach Bank dauert es 5 bis 10 Werktage.

All Luz Cot products are digital (PDF guides and printable templates) and are delivered by email after payment. If a product is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase at luzgcotrina@gmail.com and we will refund the purchase price. This is our voluntary guarantee.

Other cases where we refund

  • you cannot open the file and we cannot fix it within 3 business days;
  • the product you received is materially different from its description;
  • you were charged more than once for the same product.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Because digital content is made available immediately after payment, you confirm at checkout that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee is not affected.

How to request a refund

Email luzgcotrina@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
