Digital delivery policy

All products sold by Luz Cot are digital products (PDF guides, printable sheets and spreadsheet templates). We do not ship any physical item, so there is no shipping, no carrier, no tracking number and no shipping fee.

How and when you receive your product

Right after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address you entered at checkout with the link to download your files. In most cases this happens within minutes.

• If you do not see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
• If you have not received it within 24 hours, write to us at luzgcotrina@gmail.com with your order number and the email you used, and we will resend it.

Languages and formats

Each product is published in a single language edition, which is stated in the product title and description (for example, Spanish edition, Italian edition). Formats are described on each product page.

Taxes

Any applicable taxes shown at checkout are part of the total you pay before completing the purchase.

Problems with your download

If a file does not open or the link does not work, contact us at luzgcotrina@gmail.com. We will fix it or send you a new copy. See also our refund policy.
